Your duffle coat Christmas present wasn’t quite right? We’re ready for your returns

Can’t work out whether your duffle is right or not? Not a problem

Firstly, we hope you had a marvellous festive season.

And after all the food and drink, aren’t you glad that duffle coats are cut nice and roomy? We definitely are…

BUT, although you may have fallen in love with your duffle coat or waxed jacket that a thoughtful person gave you for Christmas, what if it’s not the right size?

You return it for free (if you’re based in the UK) and either we refund you, or we send you the right size.

Here’s how to return your duffle coat for an exchange or refund

If you live in the UK, fill out the return label that was enclosed with the original packaging. Then send the label and coat to:

We’ll then refund the postage and either exchange or refund your order.

If you live in the USA, we are able to send you a free return label if you need to return your coat. Please contact us with your request.

If you live in Germany or Italy, you are currently able to ship to a German/Italian address to avoid you paying international postage. Please contact us for more information.

For all other countries, we are unable to offer a refund for return postage. BUT if you are requesting a replacement coat, we cover the cost of the shipping.
